主讲人简介：  Jerry Lan is an associate in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law and Technology Law groups. He has a general corporate and commercial practice, with a focus on transactions in the technology space, including IT contracting and outsourcing, M&As, IP licensing, and R&D agreements. Jerry’s practice also focuses on privacy law compliance and data breach response.
